MANADO, BUNAKEN, TANA TORAJA |
|
The best known of all North Sulawesi's attractions are the diving areas which lie off the coastal beaches northwest of Manado, including the island of Manadotua said to have been the site of the ancient city of Manado and the island of Bunaken with its sea gardens and incredible reef formations.
Inhabitants of the province include the people of Toraja who live in the mountainous north, around 300 km from Makassar South Sulawesi.
Tana Toraja is the land of an ancestor worship cult and animistic beliefs where rituals for the dead are colorful festivals to pave the way for the soul entry into the hereafter. |

Upon arrive at Sam Ratulangi Airport; guest will pick up than transfer to Hotel. Overnight at hotel and dinner will be serve at local restaurant |

Day-2: Bunaken Island (B,L,D)
After having breakfast at hotel, pick up than transfer to Manado port, sail to Bunaken island by boat and get Sightseeing tour with glass bottom boat. Lunch will be serving at local restaurant in Bunaken Island. Afternoon return to Manado and get shopping tour. Dinner will be serving at local restaurant. |

After having breakfast, drive directly to Tinoor highland to see the scenic of Manado bay viewing, Tomohon town, Traditional house of Minahasan construction, sulfuric lake of Linow, coconuts meubel processing industries at Kaaten, and lake of Tondano. Lunch will be serving on the floating restaurant near the lake. After lunch drive up to "hill of love" (bukit kasih), Peanuts city at Kawangkoan and afternoon return to Manado. Overnight at hotel. Dinner will be serving at local restaurant in Manado. |

Upon arrive at Hasanudin Airport Makassar direct driving for 8 hours across Bugis Village. Along the way pass through a magnificent mountainous area. Late afternoon arrive at Rantepao. |

Day-2: Tana Toraja full day tour (B,L,D)
After breakfast at hotel take tour to visit the typical Torajanese family compound and family houses at Siguntu, Clifftombs at Lemo, Burial Cave at Londa, a typical Toraja houses at Kete Kesu. After lunch visit Palawa a typical traditional weaving. |
